Returns Policy

Parts purchased from hotsyonline.com may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:

• The part has not been installed or used on a machine.
• The part is returned in its original condition for inspection.

Once the returned part has been received and inspected, credit will be issued to the card used for the original purchase. Please note:

• Freight/shipping costs are non-refundable.
• No restocking fee will apply if the return is approved.
• Be sure to attach the online order number to the part when returning it.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
