Customers are responsible for any damage to rental equipment during the rental period. Our pressure washer, steamer, and surface cleaner rentals in Ohio, North Carolina, West Virginia, Michigan, and Kentucky follow standard usage terms:
- Daily rentals: Up to 8 hours of use in a 24-hour period
- Weekly rentals: Up to 40 hours of use over 7 days
- Monthly rentals: Up to 160 hours of use over 28 days
If rental equipment requires service or repair, it must be returned to the rental location. For customers without an established account, a valid driver’s license and credit card in your name are required. Payment is due in full before the rental period begins.
