Preventative Maintenance

In-House Service & Repair

Each of our nine in-house service and repair centers are fully equipped with complete parts departments and staffed by certified technicians. Every repair begins with a comprehensive 24-point inspection to ensure nothing is overlooked.

We service and repair all pressure washer brands and are an authorized warranty center for Hotsy, Landa, and Kärcher equipment. Whether it’s routine maintenance or a more complex repair, our team is ready to get your machine back up and running.

On-Site Service & Repair

We understand how critical your equipment is, and that downtime costs you money. For stationary units, machines located far from a service center, or equipment needing immediate attention, our on-site service team comes directly to you.

Our fleet of service trucks is on the road daily, staffed with certified technicians and stocked with a wide range of replacement parts. Most issues can be diagnosed and repaired on-site. If more extensive work is needed, we’ll transport your machine to the nearest service center and coordinate pickup or delivery once repairs are complete.

Scheduled Maintenance

Many of our customers sign up for our scheduled service plan, which is a maintenance agreement for regular pressure washer service and repair for those who use their pressure washer all the time. This is a handshake agreement that you may cancel at any time, but pays off big in preventing problems later, and helps lengthen the life of your equipment.

A certified technician will service your machine at regularly scheduled intervals without a road call charge.
Includes labor for our 24 Point Inspection.
If additional repairs are identified or necessary, we will get authorization to do any additional work or leave a written estimate.
